Information Solution Set
The Infovest SARB quarterly reporting solution offers a comprehensive data management and reporting framework that covers all the regulatory report submissions required by the entity.
Institutional investors are required to submit quarterly reports providing information on the allocation of assets according to major asset classes. Where relevant, they must also submit information from institutions in excess of the foreign asset limit on proposed portfolio adjustments to bring foreign asset levels into line. Additionally, managing institutions must include a list of institutional clients.
To meet this requirement, Infovest’s reporting solution covers the three main report sets: the SARB quarterly asset allocation submission for the investment linked business of long-term insurers; the SARB quarterly asset allocation submission layout for investment managers; and the SARB quarterly asset allocation submission layout for collective investment scheme management companies.
The Infovest data management framework populates the regulated reporting forms with fund holding data imported from multiple data sources where required, as well as the derived classification of all instruments held.
